I, Ray Everett-Church, declare:

I have personal knowledge of the facts set forth in this declaration and can testify
competently to those facts.

I am a member of the Board of Directors of WHITEHAT, INC., ("Whitehat") an
email marketing service provider. In addition to my position at Whitehat, I am a board member
of the Coalition Against Unsolicited Commercial Email. I am also a co-author of the book
