Defendants SpamCop.Net, Inc. and IronPort Systems, Inc.'s Motion to Dismiss
Optinrealbig.com's ("Optinrealbig") Complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure
12(b)(6) came before this Court on July 13, 2004. The Court, having considered the moving
papers and arguments of the parties, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
The Court grants Defendants' Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ.
P. 12(b)(6). Defendant has failed to state a cause of action for which relief can be granted and
has failed to adequately plead the facts necessary to support their claims.
